In view of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Amar Ujala’s election chariot ‘Satta Ka Sangram’ reached Samastipur Lok Sabha constituency of Bihar on Tuesday. Here the issues of common voters were discussed in the morning tea. Now in the afternoon, in the discussion with the youth, the young voters are telling about their issues of the Lok Sabha constituency. They are also telling what their expectations are from the leaders.
‘Here is indifference which is reality’
While talking to Amar Ujala in Samastipur Collectorate complex, youth leader of BJP Rajneesh said that our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done overall development of the nation at the national level, our Samastipur is also not untouched by that. A medical college has been constructed at Sarairanjan, eight kilometers away, which is a matter of great pride for the entire Samastipur district. From the parliamentary point of view, work has been done in some areas of Samastipur-Ujiarpur while in some places there is indifference which is the reality. But this is the reality here on the ground only. People have very positive thoughts about Modi ji because of the work he has done for the nation. His dedication to serving the nation is visible. We are going to support them.
‘Earning money by creating content from YouTube is also employment’
Regarding employment, Rajneesh said that through digital revolution, there are many youth who have found a way to earn money by creating their own YouTube content. They are earning money from that. Under Skill India, many skills are being taught to the youth, so that they can earn their own living and become self-reliant.
‘The opposition is provoking people in the name of providing government jobs’
He said that the opposition understands employment only as government jobs. Theirs is not an issue of development. He just wants to make people his servants by giving them jobs, so that they can be ruled from generation to generation. He said that the opposition is provoking the people that they will give government jobs to everyone, from where will they give them.
‘Industry was destroyed’
Sunil said that if we talk about local issues, there were 22 types of industries in Samastipur. But the only surviving jute mill among them is now on the verge of collapse. Instead of renovating the sugar mill land, it was sold at throwaway prices. Under this government, industry has been completely destroyed here.
